Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During launches or restocks processing may take longer — we’ll update you by email if it does.

Small note: Orders placed after 12pm AEST on Friday are treated as placed on the next business day.

How Shipping Cost is Calculated

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight, your address, and the shipping method chosen. For large/oversized bundles we may contact you with an adjusted shipping fee.

Track Your Order

You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. Enter that number on our tracking page or follow the carrier link in the email.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders to New Zealand may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, determined by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Auravé. If you refuse an order because of import fees, return and re-shipping fees may apply.

Delivery Notes

  • Double-check your delivery address before checkout.
  • For PO Boxes, choose the shipping method that supports them.
  • If a parcel is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members and your local post point.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal, re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product.
  2. Email care@auraveskin.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
  3. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

FAQs

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. During big launches processing may be longer.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes—select the shipping method that supports PO Boxes at checkout. Some express couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not been dispatched we’ll try to update it — email care@auraveskin.com immediately with your order number.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking link in your dispatch email. Use that link or our Track page.

What if my parcel is stolen or marked delivered incorrectly?

Check with neighbours and your local post point first. If still missing, email care@auraveskin.com with photos and we’ll escalate with the carrier.

Who pays import taxes?

Import taxes and customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
