Are Auravé products completely natural?

Yes. If it grew from the earth, lived in the soil, or has been trusted by ancient healing systems older than cinema, we use it. No synthetics, no harsh fillers, no funny business.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Very likely, yes. We formulate for harmony, not havoc. That said — your skin is unique, so patch testing is highly encouraged before you dive in headfirst.

What’s a patch test and do I really need to do it?

Apply a small amount behind the ear or inner forearm, wait 24 hours. No redness or irritation? You're officially cleared for takeoff.

Can I use Auravé if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Most of our products are herbal and gentle, but pregnancy is one time in life you don’t want surprises — so we recommend checking with your healthcare provider first.

What order should I use products in (your famous “ritual”)?

The traditional way that actually works:

  1. Cleanse
  2. Tone
  3. Treat (Serum)
  4. Seal (Moisturise)

Morning and night. Consistency beats intensity.

How soon will I see results?

Botanicals work smart, not fake-fast. Most users notice smoother, calmer skin in 2–3 weeks. Real glow and long-term change take 6–8 weeks. Good things take minutes, great things take routines.

Are your products suitable for acne-prone skin?

Yes, especially our balancing and calming formulas. We avoid clog-happy ingredients and focus on botanicals that help skin find its zen.

Do you ship to New Zealand as well?

Yes. We ship across Australia & New Zealand. Because skincare shouldn’t have visa restrictions.

How long does shipping take?

Australia: 3–7 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
(Depending on location and courier traffic, not kangaroo speed.)

Do you offer returns or refunds?

If your product arrives damaged, leaked, or looks like it wrestled the courier — we’ll fix it.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can’t be returned unless faulty.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Take a photo within 48 hours, email us at care@Auravéskin.com, and we’ll sort it out — no unnecessary interrogation.

Are your products cruelty-free?

100%. We test on willing humans only.

How should I store my products?

Cool, dry, away from direct sunlight — like your instincts tell you, and like all good skincare prefers.

What’s the shelf life of Auravé products?

Unopened: Up to 24 months
Opened: Use within 6–12 months for best results. Nature likes freshness.

Can I use multiple serums together?

Absolutely. Just layer from thinnest to thickest, and don’t sprint — give each one 30–60 seconds to sink in before the next.

Are Auravé products vegan?

Most are plant-based. If a formulation ever includes anything non-vegan, we call it out clearly. Transparency first, always.
